Information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, city, application responses (age, gender, social handle, relationship status, and free-text answers), an optional photo, dietary/accessibility information, and payment information (processed by a third-party payment processor).

Information collected automatically: when you visit aventerre.co, we may collect device and browser information, IP address, and pages visited, including through cookies or similar technologies.

Certain information you provide — including dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and other health-adjacent details — is treated with heightened care. This information is used solely to plan and accommodate your participation in a Journey and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.

Aventerre does not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors necessary to deliver a Journey (accommodations, catering, transportation), the host(s) assigned to a Journey, service providers supporting our operations, and regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not share your application responses with other Guests.

We retain application information so that we may consider you for future Journeys, unless you request earlier deletion. Information related to confirmed bookings is retained as needed for legal, tax, and safety record-keeping.
